Three decades ago, HAGO's founder Mr. Bernhard Frey founded Shanghai Wellgo in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, bringing German engineering excellence to China. Rooted in German precision craftsmanship, the company introduced top-tier technologies and developed China's first polyurethane foam, later importing world-class production lines from Switzerland in 1996 to build a technical system centered on German formulation expertise.
Wellgo's leadership was formally recognized in 2004 when its enterprise standard became the blueprint for China industry standard JC936, setting the industry's quality baseline. With two state-of-the-art facilities in Shandong and Shanghai, fully certified under ISO integrated management systems and IATF 16949, Wellgo is renowned for its dedication to precision, innovation, and creating reliable, sustainable solutions.

WELLGO acquired the Sandao brand and expanded business into the automotive adhesive industry.

The New Energy Project Team was established.
